Description:

This building was started in 1391 at the intersection of Tehran Children's World with a unique design. This building was originally supposed to be the tallest building in Tehran and the central building of Ayandeh Bank. This project was given to Razi Insurance by preventing the construction of more than 35 floors. Nirutvan Technical and Engineering Company was also able to participate in this project by producing and supplying materials that are mainly in the field of electrical and structural installations.
